An e-invoice is not a PDF or a photo. It is structured data (an XML file) that computers can read. PINT AE is the UAE version of the Peppol invoice format. It lists the fields an e-invoice must have and the rules they must follow.
- Each e-invoice is checked against these rules.
- The Ministry of Finance publishes the list of fields an e-invoice must have.
- Your customer can still get a readable copy (PDF).
