What data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and phone number.
- Company data: trade name, TRN, address and bank details you enter.
- Invoice data: your customers, products and invoices.
- Technical data: sign-in times and security records.
Why we use it
- To run the service you asked for: make, check, send and keep e-invoices.
- To follow the law: e-invoicing and tax record rules.
- To keep your account safe.
Who we share it with
- Your ASP, to send and report e-invoices.
- Your customers and suppliers: only the invoices you send them.
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
For now, our website and the messages you send with the contact form are kept on servers in Germany.
Contact form
If you write to us with the contact form, we keep your name, email, company name and message. We use them just to answer you and to talk about working together. We keep them for up to 2 years. You can ask us to see them or delete them at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep invoices and tax records for the time the tax law requires, even after you close your account. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to limit or stop some uses of it, and to get a copy. Some data must be kept by law.
